2007 Mission at the
Eastward (MATE) Trip
Members of Camp Hill Presbyterian Church share
their talents, time, and gifts through
Hands-on Mission projects and monetary contributions. They participate with
other churches through Habitat for Humanity and
MATE
to renovate houses for families in need of housing, help feed the hungry by
participating in Downtown Daily Bread and giving to the Food Pantry, make
sweaters and "binkies" and collect blankets for those who need a
warm covering, host Christmas Gift Giving parties for children during the advent season, collect and donate
eye glasses to those who need improved sight, and sponsor events to raise
money for a variety of national and international programs and projects that
help the world beyond our congregation.
